Creamcheese Flan Recipe


Ingredients:

1 big can of evaporated milk
1 pack creamcheese (250g)
1 pack condensed milk (250g)
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon greenleaves vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar



First beat the eggs evaporated milk together.


Next, whisk the creamcheese and condensed milk together.


Now combine the two. Don't panic if it looks like this..it will mix smoothly later.


Now add the vanilla essence from greenleaves.


Mix together and set aside.


Now heat the sugar on medium fire until it caramelize.



Now pour it on the pan.


Pour the mixture.


Cover with foil then steam for around 30 minutes using a medium fire.


After steaming, let it cool completely before transferring to a plate

Ube Halaya Recipe


Ingredients:

1 pack green leaves ube halaya mix 
1 1/2 cup milk (or water)
2 tbsp butter (optional)


There are 2 packs inside the greenleaves ube halaya mix. Mix them togerher in a bowl.


Add the milk or add water instead.



Heat in a pan low fire and keep stirring until thick. Then add the butter.

Red Egg Sauce Shrimp

Ingredients:

8 pcs red egg (white part removed, you'd only need the egg yolk)
1/2 unsalted butter
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
8 pcs onion stem
1 kg shrimp

Procedures:

1. Saute the garlic with butter

2. Add the shrimps, stir until every shrimp gets cooked.

3. Add in the red eggs - preferably the egg yolk part only. Stir.

4. Add the onion stem, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

No-bake Mini Mango Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 cup crushed grahams
1/4 cup butter 
2 sliced mango cheeks
1 pack cream cheese (250g)
1/4 cup consensed milk/powdered sugar (or more depending on your taste)
1 cup chilled whip cream or all purpose cream


Procedures:

1. Mix Butter and Crushed Grahams

2. Pour into muffin or a cupcake molder and put inside the fridge.

3. Pour the condensed milk into the bowl then add the cream cheese and whip until completely mixed and stiffed.

4. Next pour the mixed cream cheese and condensed milk into your molds. Refrigerate 6 hours or much better make it overnight.

5. Lastly, time for your mango toppings. Start with a tiny center then wrap around the petals. Then refrigerate and serve.

Black Sambo

INGREDIENTS:

  • One (1) pack unflavored gelatin powder 25g
  • Two (2) chocolate tablea balls or 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • One (1) cup condensed milk (or sugar)
  • One (1) Cup All Purpose Cream
  • Three (3) cups milk (fresh milk or evaporated milk)
PROCEDURES:

1. Pour the gelatin powder into the milk and stir until its dissolved.
2. For the white layer, heat a pan with a medium fire. Pour the 1 cup of milk with the dissolved gelatin powder, add the 1/2 cup of condensed milk and 1 cup all purpose cream. Stir until completely mixed and boil 3-4 minutes.
3. After boiling pour it to a storage (Tupperware or any shaped storage you want) to mold.
4. Next is for the black or chocolate layer, pour the 1/2 cup condensed milk and add the two chocolate tablea balls into a medium heat pan. Stir until completely mixed and dissolved and boil for 3-4 minutes.
5. After boiling, pour it over the white molded layer. Let it mold and put it inside the refrigerator for one (1) hour for cooling.
6. After an hour, its ready for serve. 

You may add chocolate, strawberry jams, blackberry jam for additional flavors.

Ingredients:

  • Three (3) pieces large eggs
  • One-half (1/2) cup Vegetable Oil
  • One (1) cup water or milk
  • One-half (1/2) cup powdered sugar
  • Optional: One (1) cup chocolate chips
  • One (1) Pack Devil's Cake Mix; if not available may use other cake powder
PROCEDURES:

1. Get a big bowl, combine all the wet ingredients: eggs, water, vegetable oil and whip until completely mixed. Add the cake mix and whip.

2. If its already completely mixed you may add chocolate chips (this is optional). Whip until completely dissolved.

3. Grease the molds with vegetable oil then pour the batter into it.

4. Cover it with aluminum foils.

5. Prepare a pan with water and steam it for 30-45 minutes.

6. After steaming remove all the aluminum foils and let it cool.

7. White waiting for the cake to cool down. Pour 2 tablespoon of water into the powdered sugar and mix them very well. After mixing pour it over the loaf. Tadaa! You have now your own no bake Glazed Chocolate Cake. You may also try the procedures with other different flavors.
