- One (1) pack unflavored gelatin powder 25g
- Two (2) chocolate tablea balls or 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- One (1) cup condensed milk (or sugar)
- One (1) Cup All Purpose Cream
- Three (3) cups milk (fresh milk or evaporated milk)
PROCEDURES:
1. Pour the gelatin powder into the milk and stir until its dissolved.
2. For the white layer, heat a pan with a medium fire. Pour the 1 cup of milk with the dissolved gelatin powder, add the 1/2 cup of condensed milk and 1 cup all purpose cream. Stir until completely mixed and boil 3-4 minutes.
3. After boiling pour it to a storage (Tupperware or any shaped storage you want) to mold.
4. Next is for the black or chocolate layer, pour the 1/2 cup condensed milk and add the two chocolate tablea balls into a medium heat pan. Stir until completely mixed and dissolved and boil for 3-4 minutes.
5. After boiling, pour it over the white molded layer. Let it mold and put it inside the refrigerator for one (1) hour for cooling.
6. After an hour, its ready for serve.
You may add chocolate, strawberry jams, blackberry jam for additional flavors.
